In a series of case studies, that are also being used on my new website, I give an overview of the achievements and relationships with some of my main partners, since I launched my marketing business.
I begin with I.Tech Eccleshall, an IT shop and support business based in Eccleshall.
I started working with Tom Court after we met at our U2B Networking group, in Stafford.
I.Tech Eccleshall is a business based in Stafford Street, Eccleshall, as an IT shop and provides various services. A popular local business, but with a low social media reach and most customers being very local, in September 2020 I set about increasing their following across Facebook initially, with more interaction through promotions and competitions – With this being a challenge as it was between the 2020 lockdowns. Growing the platform by hundreds, also spreading word about the business across my own platform and many media platforms and channels, drew attention from many local people and then started to reach people further afield. Much of this was achieved through me marketing constantly with clear instructions and Tom operating under covid safe conditions, including a lot of click and collect customers.
The launch of a new arm the business offering remote services via I.Tech On The Go drew more attention and more queries from even further afield, due to a national promotion campaign. This also coincided with the launch of a new Instagram account that has grown considerably in a short time so, as of July 2021 the Instagram has over 200 followers, On The Go has drawn 241 followers and the main Facebook page has grown from an initial 49 followers to nearly 500!! Tom and I now openly communicate on all matters as we look to take the business further forward and the increase in work has already seen Tom taking on an apprentice to help lighten his load, so he can get out to the numerous larger clients that have been taken on. All proving how well collaborative working can benefit business. Already working with an estate agent and a garden centre, Tom is now looking at other larger partners as the business grows!
